Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use SpeakYatra (speakyatra.com), a public-speaking practice tool that analyses your recorded speech and gives you feedback. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
You record or upload a short talk and receive a report: filler words, pace, pauses, voice variation, body-language signals and AI-generated content feedback. The feedback is automated and is meant as practice guidance, not a guarantee of any result such as a job, grade or selection.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, use SpeakYatra with a parent or guardian's consent.
- Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person per account. Please don't share your login.
3. Free use, free trial and paid plans
- Visitors without an account get one practice attempt of up to 90 seconds.
- Every new account gets a free trial of 3 days, with up to 5 minutes of practice per day.
- After the trial, continued use needs a paid plan: ₹299 for 1 month or ₹1,299 for 6 months, with up to 6 minutes of practice per day.
- Prices are in Indian rupees. Each plan is a one-time payment for a fixed period. It does not renew automatically. Buying again while a plan is active adds the new period after the current one ends.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). We never see or store your card or bank details.
- We may change prices or limits for future purchases. A plan you have already paid for keeps its terms until it ends.

4. Fair use
- Don't upload unlawful, abusive or hateful content, or recordings of other people without their permission.
- Don't try to bypass the usage limits, overload the service, or break into accounts or systems.
- We may suspend an account that does any of the above.
5. Your recordings and data
How we handle your recordings, transcripts and scores is explained in the Privacy Policy. You keep ownership of what you say; you give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you.
6. Our content
The SpeakYatra name, design, game, topics and report layout belong to us. You may use your own reports for personal practice, but may not copy or resell the service.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep SpeakYatra running, but it is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable or make mistakes in its analysis. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
